Ipso rooftop avec terrasse

We had a grsat stay at this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

Lovely apartment! Very pretty and clean. The terrace has a wonderful view and the apartment is well located. I highly reccomend it.

😊: Location was good and the apartment was light and airy and the outside roof terrace was lovely when the weather was good.. 😢: The front door to the building (and the flat) was difficult to open with the key. The electric hob was temperamental. The shower was quite cramped and not very pleasant to use. The building was situated near a main road so it was quite noisy at night especially if you left the window open. In the main bedroom there was a scent of cigarette smoke from the flats below. Parking was expensive so travelling by train may have been a better option..

😊: The actual apartment was very cute, quite large. The terrace was amazing. 😢: The pass off of the keys was stressful. We had a really difficult time with the locks. The power didn't seem to work consistently, the TV didn't seem to work... we could have been doing something wrong though! It was hot. The seating on the terrace wasn't comfortable to us. I think it might be the type of property where you need a host to take you through it the first time..

😊: Rouen is beautiful. The owner has decorated the apartment well.. 😢: We left the apartment quickly after one night having booked for two. The welcome was poor since we had to visit the agent's office to collect the key to get in. Once in the unmarked apartment via dingy narrow staircases, there was no bed linen for the second child's bed. After a 5 hour journey Rouen, we then had to make a second trip to the agent's office, to be sent further down the road to collect our own bed linen from yet another building. The children couldn't sleep as there were no curtains to their bedroom area. The shower isn't attached to the wall and the shower basin didn't empty for at least 20mins after a 2minute hairwash holding the shower attachment. There are smells of sewage regularly wafting in through the windows. The wifi also doesn't connect as the network name didn't match to that given us. After a 5 hour journey to get there we were too tired to leave immediately. I reported all of the above and simply received a thank you response..
