😊: I loved the room location and all the staff. 😢: Ac wasn't on first day would have been nice to know as the thermostat said 21 c but it wasn't actually on.

😊: Comfortable and fairly clean.. 😢: Annoying notes to leave the place clean and take our rubbish out. For the lack of service and the lack of view makes this place overpriced..

😊: Location. 😢: We had no toilet facilities for 2 days due to blocked toilet The sink in the kitchen took a long while to drain. Although the manager of the property put some product down the toilet. This did not cure the problems. We were left with no toilet facilities. This is totally unacceptable. The owner did not contact us to see if the problem was resolved just left us to deal with no toilet facilities. We also had difficulty finding the key to the apartment as instructions were not clear as to where the key was located. A kind young man also struggled to locate the key despite being able to communicate with the owner in French. Not a good start to and end of holiday..
