😊: clean and comfortable. 😢: very difficult to get to the address due to gates on the same street, not reported in the navigation system (google maps in our case). suggested to the owner to add a map of the area to the information provided..

😊: Location & Parking. 😢: Firstly, the information provided for the self check-in procedure was inadequate. The instructions were incomplete, leaving me and my two daughters stranded outside the property at 9 PM. Despite my attempts to contact the host, there was no response, which only added to our distress. Thankfully, a gentleman from the apartment came to our aid and helped us navigate the missing steps; without his assistance, we would have faced serious difficulties. Furthermore, after finally managing to check in, I discovered that the Wi-Fi information was incorrect. When I reached out to the host for the correct credentials, they again provided me with an incorrect password. Ultimately, I had to check the router manually to obtain the correct Wi-Fi details. Additionally, the sofa bed in the apartment was uncomfortably congested, allowing for little space to move around. Overall, this experience fell far short of my expectations and has prompted me to submit this formal complaint. I believe such issues should be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests..

The residency in which the apartment is situated is friendly. Neighbours said hello and were helpful. Our host communicated well and was responsive. The reserved and secure parking spot was invaluable.<br>#128577; Can't think of anything!

Situation près d'une zone commercial pratique pour courses, essence .... accès facile au centre de montpellier et palavas-les-flots en voiture. Propriétaire très sympathique. Accès aux clés, place de parking très pratique. Jolie et agreable terrasse.<br>#128577; Appartement plus pour deux personnes car une fois que le canapé lit est ouvert il prend toute la place. Pas de table pour manger à l'intérieur, juste un bar avec 2 chaises mais ça n'a pas été un soucis pour nous car en juillet nous avons mangé sur la terrasse.
