😊: The pictures do not lie. Beautiful house with wonderful mountain and sea views. The pool is comfortably warm. Great place to explore the surrounding mountain villages.. 😢: We loved the tranquility. You need to be aware of the necessity of a car, though. It is 10-15 min to the center of Menton..

😊: The views were lovely, great living space indoors and out.. 😢: Air con upstaairs didn't work, however a small refund was given to comsensate..

V comfortable.. 😢: The address given was not detailed enough to easily find the entrance gate and we spent close to an hour trying to find this entrance in the dark and heavy rain on the Saturday night. Why not include this information for future guests?: The entrance security gate to access the property is at 412 Chem du Baousset, 06500, Menton, which is located here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/UXxrXwoBFRm9k9zV6?g_st=aw We would have found those details extremely useful! Once we had found the property, everything else was excellent, thank you!.

The place is lovely with nice vista, however, it's difficult to find and get there! Even the local taxi could not find it on day of departure. As its higher up in the mountains, its not walkable to town or beach. I had asked if it was close to everything & was reassured that it was. With a car you can get everywhere, but each trip is about half hour to get anywhere in local town because of the mountain drive & then add to that the lack of parking spots. This is typical for a european town, but next time I would choose a place in town.

Beautiful property, clean and fully equipped. Definitely worth revisiting.
