L'Abri des Remparts - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: good clear instructions.

😊: Perfect location, very nice apartment. We really loved our time there and would come back.. 😢: Our ferry was delayed and I had to run from the ferry terminal to the key box location to get thetebefore 23.00 when it closed. I got there at 22.59. One minute later and we would have nowhere to stay. I told the agent about this as soon as we knew, several hours earlier, but they didn't offer any help for us if we arrived after 23.00. Also, the bed sheets and pillows smelt old and musty. It was like they had been damp and some mould had grown. The smell stayed several days. It made my pyjamas also smell like it, sort of mouldy. Also the bed was uncomfortable for me. It was too hard..

😊: The apartment had everything necessary for simple meals and a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough space to eat at a table and to watch television. Washing machine even had laundry detergent supplied. The managers were quick to respond to our queries..

😊: Clean and well-equipped. Comfortable bed and easy-to-use shower, with pleasantly hot water. Light and airy apartment, with good interior lights. Working lift from ground floor.. 😢: It would have been helpful to have instructions for coffee maker, and Freeview TV. Heating information was unclear, and radiators didn't heat up until part way though the stay..

😊: The property is very clean and neat and in an excellent location.. 😢: The property could use some curtains that are non-see-through, but this is not a necessity..
