😊: The apartment is like in pictures, super nice and with amazing views.. 😢: When we came the apartment was super cold, we had a problem with the heating. The owner was super rude and irrespectful with us when we communicated it (the intermediary staff company was very nice but the owner who came to the apartment to solve the problem not at all). Finally, this heating problem was solved. Furthermore, the main blind of the living room did not work (you can lower it only until half of the window), we did not communicate this problem because we did not want to speak with the owner again. Also, the apartment was generally clean but in some areas (not important areas, like around the TV or under the sofá) it was not. Finally, I would say like other comments I saw that the apartment is a bit noisy but for us this was not a problem..

😊: The location is unbeatable The appliances are top grade The flat is modern and minimalist. 😢: The Maintenance.. the bed had NOT been changed - old discarded tissue between pillow & wall - found the tissue after a night sleep in a bed slept in by someone else!!! Not what you pay for?!? We have been twice before & had superior cleaning each time - what a shame ?! Took 3 hours , to wait to rectify after a time was agreed from the Management- previous time on holiday !!.

Top ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr...<br>#128578; Wunderbar ausgestattete Wohnung. Toll geschnitten, Küche alles vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand (Töpfe ganz neu). Fußläufige Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt und Bäcker) und zum Bahnhof. Grandioser Blick vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Nachbarn im Hause sehr nett.<br>#128577; Strasse etwas laut und an die Züge, die hinterm Haus vorbeidüsen. Aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. Wer einen guten Schlaf hat, stört das nicht.

😊: Everything - particularly the location and the modern interiors. 😢: Balcony is great but sofa covers are rather old and warn and balcony floor had not been cleaned so sand and dirt was easily trodden into flat.

Eccezionale<br>#128578; l’appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica a pochi minuti sia da Cannes che da Antibes/Juan Les Pins. Ha una vista eccezionale,proprio di fronte alla spiaggia. l’appartamento è molto curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i confort. La cucina è moderna e molto attrezzata. l’host é stato disponibile e molto accogliente. struttura sicuramente consigliata!

Ein 1A-Traumaufenthalt in einer wunderschönen...<br>#128578; Wir waren leider nur sehr kurz in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung direkt in erster Reihe am Strand von Golfe-Juan. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich gepflegt und sauber. Sehr hell und freundlich, Küche, Bad etc. alles neu und makellos. Man fühlt sich gleich beim Hereinkommen schon wohl. Das absolute Highlight ist der tolle Balkon mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer, die Inseln und hinüber zum Yachthafen. Ruhiges Haus mit eigener Parkmöglichkeit.
