Beautiful properties in quiet village.Great to have a pool and games room. Empty roads would be perfect for exploring by bike. Sam was very helpful and accommodating.

We had a super stay in Prinçay. The spacious gite had all necessities to accommodate 4 grown people. Peaceful and open areas all around the very small town. Nice pool and games room. The hosts was very friendly and helpful. If we are in the region again we will most certainly stay there again.

Nous avons quelques jours en juillet dans le gîte de Sam. Ces 3 jours ont été très agréables, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Le gite est très bien rénové, très propre et confortable. Le calme de la campagne est très relaxant. Enfin, les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et de l'espace du jardin avec les balançoires.

We just returned from a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday in one of Sam and Mark's beautifully converted cottages. Sam and Mark were excellent hosts, warmly welcoming and attentive enough to ensure all our needs were catered for but never in way that was intrusive. The cottage was excellent, newly and very sympathetically restored and converted, with a lovely period feel but clean and modern kitchen and bathrooms. The pool and games room were superb extras and made relaxing at the cottage very enjoyable. The local area was exactly what we were looking for - incredibly relaxed and very pretty rural surroundings but with a good selections of villages, towns, chateaux, lakes and the Futuroscope park so there was plenty to do when we wanted to be active and explore. We would highly recommend Sam and Mark as hosts and their cottages as a perfect location for a relaxing break in a beautiful, rural part of France.
