😊: Location. 😢: Shower in bath was awkward to use. No toiletries provided only hand soap. Couch was dirty, broken and uncomfortable. No lift. Had to walk through a maze of several flights of stairs. Front door was stiff and we had difficulty closing it. The neighbour showed us how to close the door. She was very annoyed with Airbnb. Loft ceiling with exposed beams was low. Be careful to not knock your head. Toilet is at the back. Have to walk through the kitchen to the bathroom to wash hands with just one hand wash provided. Smell of cigarette smoke. Overall a terrible stay and expensive for what we paid..

😊: Very comfortable beds. Great location.. 😢: We stayed in the summer, it was so hot , with no fans. The staff were not helpful (we had to buy 3 !). The shower attachment was too low. We also kept bumping our heads on the low beams. The Sofa was also uncomfortable..

😊: Excellent location right in the middle of town and a few minutes walk from train/bus station. Nice styling inside.. 😢: Toilet is in separate room to the main washroom and there is no sink in there so need to walk across kitchen and hallway to wash hands. In the bath, there is an excess of shower curtain which makes it feel unnecessarily cramped inside the bath. Some bedroom blinds were broken, so had light coming in early. Also a broken coat hook in hallway. As mentioned by others, kitchen utensils were limited. So some simple maintenance jobs being done properly would improve the property. Just a note for anyone needing the washing machine...it is in a bedroom..

Week-end à Annecy<br>#128578; Logement spacieux et particulièrement bien situé : tout est accessible à pieds. Le séjour suffisamment vaste pour des bons moments en famille autour d'une grande table.<br>#128577; La literie d'appoint : le clic clac doit être changé.
