😊: This is an excellent location to explore Annecy, just a short walk to the old town. There is a car oark a couple of minutes walk away. It's a spacious 3rd floor apartment with a little balcony and a lift as well as stairs. The kitchen is well equipped if you wish to self cater..

Super semaine à Annecy<br>#128578; Emplacement exceptionnel, à deux pas de la gare, des bus, de la vieille ville et du lac. Appartement très agréable, avec une jolie déco, fonctionnel. Contact très facile avec la propriétaire.<br>#128577; Propreté insuffisante. Ce n'est pas sale, mais poussiéreux et un peu juste pour une propreté normale pour ce type de location.
