😊: Very nice apartment, great to have air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay. Parking a bonus ,. 😢: It is a bit of a walk to the port area , where all the eateries are! especially on a warm evening. Didn’t seem to be any Restaurants or bars close by..

😊: Location, very nice flat, well equipped.. 😢: -.

😊: Kitchen facilities and overall cleanliness were good within bedrooms/bathroom. 😢: The conservatory/sun lounge was unable to be used as the air con was out of order , making it excessively hot during our stay. In addition, the roof of this area was dirty ( on the outside) and the plaster/paint on the balcony was in need of repair. The requested attention about arrival/departure times was was adhered to by us but after making arrangement to meet on departure we were informed of leaving the key in the garage. Text was sent literally at the time we wished to depart! Very much a one way contract from the owner..

😊: We phoned the number given to us and arranged a meeting time and place. A lovely lady met us and she explained all that we needed to know.On our departure we phoned the number again told her our time of departure we were told this would be no problem almost to the minute there was someone to collect the keys and check the apartment,a different lady but just as lovely. I am english with very little command of french but arrival and departure went without problems.The very safe parking garage is a real bonus,easy road access to central La Rochelle.A very nice apartment. 😢: I have remarked on the cleanliness of the inside of the apartment which was very good.....outside the apartment the roof of the conservatory (atrium) could do with a good clean also the wall on the balcony needs repair.if the roof was clean and the wall repaired I would give this property 100 percent.
