😊: Super location — we were able to see everything in Rouen on foot. However, there were several issues: the ceilings are very low, the apartment was quite dirty, the shower drain was clogged, and there was no toilet paper. On the positive side, everything else needed for living was provided. Also, we saw rats in the courtyard at night..
