😊: Close to the beach bus routes where outside the property, shopping for food was a 5 minute walk. 😢: I’m not one to complain but I do think the mattress on the sofa bed could do with being replaced, myself and my wife struggled to get a good nights sleep , sorry.

😊: Instructions were on point, I was able to follow them with no problem. Clean, comfy and great set of home/kitchen appliances to cook at the place.. 😢: I didn't know the AC was in the bathroom until the end..

😊: Location near the beautiful Plage Mourillon. No steps to scale.. 😢: Host wasn't communicative when the internet password wasn't as mentioned. Also, the flat is on the ground floor but feels rather dark and like a basement flat, and most of all, has that drab feel of a neglected AirBnB money spinner. My biggest bugbear is that the bed was not made when we arrived. The most important thing a guest wants after a day of travel is to come home to a made bed, but I had to convert it from a sofa and get the pillows and blankets. The shower was mostly scalding hot or ice cold (very difficult to achieve a comfortable medium) and the shower head mount was hanging off the wall by a thread of the screw. Also, they required a 400€ deposit upfront which was a bit cheeky, given its already sparse furnishings. Don't be fooled by the picture of a bottle of wine and glasses (psst, there's none)..
