😊: Good location. Thats it. 😢: The experience at this property was very disappointing. The bed was broken on arrival and appeared to have been previously poorly repaired with glue (not sure if it was previous guests or the agency itself). Although it was eventually fixed late that night, it still felt unsafe as there were loose screws exposed, which could easily cause injury. Another major issue was the request to authorize my card for a security deposit through Swikly. After providing the authorization, I noticed several random charges attempted on my card without any prior notification or explanation. If this process were legitimate, I would expect to receive clear communication about what these charges were for — but I received nothing, which felt like a scam. Cleanliness was another major issue: my towel was dirty and I got a clean one 2 days after (specifically the night before we left the apartment). The furniture was old and worn, and the floor had not been cleaned properly. I even took videos to document the condition of the property. I am not sure why such a place even need a security deposit. Also keep in mind there is not air conditioning, this was completely my fault for not noticing which is why we did not complain. The windows are very big and a lot of sun comes in, especially during August and its extremely hot despite having fans. As a Level 3 Booking.com member, I have stayed at many places and have never experienced anything this bad. I cannot recommend this property..

😊: Fantastic location , very close to the train station for trips along the coast. The property is very spacious, and close to an amazing award winning boulangerie.. 😢: We had no gas stove for four days . The supply was turned off outside the apartment door. Engineers had to solve it.

😊: Spacious, good central location, lots of potential. 😢: Needs some TLC, some loose floor tiles, better bedding (only one pillow per person, poorly fitting sheets/protectors) beds “okay” Whilst mostly well equipped, 4 mugs or tea cups would be good in an apartment that sleeps four people!.

😊: Good location. 😢: Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. We couldn’t use the kitchen, we had to eat all the meals outside. The only solution proposed by agent in charge was to spray insecticide, when the kitchen didn’t even have a door. That was not helpful. Very late replies, and no help was given even after contacting them many times. It was a disaster and a total disappointment..

Hi We just came back from spending 6 days in Nice and stayed at this apartment with our two teenagers. The apartment is well situated near the main road of Jean Medicin and easy access to the tram, train station and indoor shopping mall. The apartment has good facilities and all the services to cater for a family. Our only regret was that the apartment did not have AC during what was a very hot and uncomfortable week in Nice. The small portable fans were no match for the hot evening temperatures of Nice.
