😊: The apartment was ok, nothing special, nicely furbished and set, too bad it was not clean.. 😢: The keys were not in the box as we initially got the instructions. It was hard to get on touch with the host who said we should wait for the keys for one hour or more or go get them ourselves 2 km away from the location. The hallway to get to the apartment and front door dirty and smelly. Apartment was not that clean, the coffee machine was old and dirty and there was no coffee pods available(as we used to find in all other accommodations). The fridge had a problem and leaking. We could not tell if the linens were changed. (there was another set available). The bathroom had an awful smell we could not use the shower. There was no wifi and couldn't figure out how to use the tv if that was even working. Location is let’s say close to the train station but you need to walk a little bit to get to the main attractions and the restaurants area. Rouen is really nice, food is great, found a really good Ramen restaurant nearby down the street, but I do not recommend this accomodation..
