L'Emeraude - Rooftop - Salle de Fitness - Rennes

😊: Clean apartment close to a large and well-stocked park. Thirty minutes walk from the bus/rail station and quick regular bus links to the city centre within five minutes' walk . Decent shops and restaurants nearby. The sun terrace is handy in hot weather. Good views of the river. 😢: Instructions for collection of keys (500m away) should have been clearer. They make more sense from inside the apartment than from ground level. Some written instructions on use of cooker, sofa bed, blinds and washing machine would be helpful Could have been better stocked. Surprised on arrival to find no wine glasses or bedside reading light.
