L'Enclos des Chênes Verts

Großzügiges Ferienhaus Sehr schönes modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus auf einem sehr großen Gelände. Den alten Baumbestand und den Pool haben wir bei der großen Hitze während unseres Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt. Wir haben in diesem Haus und der Gegend wunderbare Tage gehabt. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Herrn Aymes waren sehr herzlich. Das Haus und das ganze Anwesen stellten sich als noch schöner heraus, als auf den Bilder zu sehen. Die Ruhe und die gebotene Privatsphäre waren optimal. Der nächste Bäcker und ein Weingut mit schönem Restaurant sind im Nachbarort, in Pennautier. Für Einkäufe muss man schon nach Carcassonne fahren (ca. 15 Minuten). Die Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zu Ausflügen in die Region.

C'est Superb! The owner Bernard could not have been more helpful . He was an absolute star. He came to the airport to pick us up and at the end of our stay he offered to take us back to the airport also which we did not expect. He was a joy! He showed us the bus route, drove us into Carcassonne one day. The gite was spacious and had everything you could want with complimentary wine which was excellent. There was a pool which was cold but we were there mid October! Toilet and bathroom were separate which helped as we were 4 ladies. Wifi was hit and miss but there is Fibre going in in November he said - that will help. Only one thing as a slight negative is the single beds upstairs were rather small/slim for adults a bit on the tight side so one of us tried sleeping on the sofa but the 2 doubles downstairs were ideal. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here, would recommend and hopefully go back some day. It would be best to have a car to get round as taxis are pricey but Mr Bernard helped ease all that for us so A BIG KISS from us 4 ladies. Merci beaucoup.

Très belle maison à côté de Carcassonne Il s'agit d'une maison très bien aménagée, avec un jardin immense et, surtout, une superbe piscine pour en profiter aussi bien de jour que de nuit. L'accueil a été excellent, avec de nombreux conseils et indications. Surtout, ne manquez pas une pizza chez Rabah Zaoui. Nous le recommandons vivement !

Près de Carcassonne Excellent accueil du propriétaire dans cette belle propriété meublée confortablement avec salle de bain spacieuse refaite à neuf. Dommage que la température extérieure fin mai ne permette pas d'utiliser la piscine. Calme de la campagne très apprécié également.

TRES BEAU ET GRAND GITE AVEC UN GRAND ESPACE DE VIE. LA DECORATION EST TRES BELLE ET NOUS AVONS BEAUCOUP APPRECIE LE CALME ET LA TRANQUILITE DE L'ENDROIT MAIS PEUT ETRE UN PEU TROP ELOIGNE DE TOUS COMMERCES (PAS DE BOULANGERIE). LA PISCINE EST SUPERBE ET TRES GRANDE. LE PROPRIETAIRE EST TRES SYMPATHIQUE ET TRES ACCEUILLANT. NOUS AVONS BEAUCOUP APPRECIE NOTRE SEJOUR ET NOUS REVIENDRONS.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le gîte est spacieux, lumineux et dans un lieux calme. Un grand merci à Bernard pour son accueil très chaleureux et ses bon conseils pour profiter pleinement des vacances.
