L'Escale Paisible, entre dunes et plages

😊: Tried to contact with hosts several times through booking.com messaging service and whatsapp and calls had no response. Couldn't access carpark or building as no codes or Instructions were sent. Waited outside property for several hours in hot weather with 2 kids to no communication and no show from hosts as check in stated 3pm. Left without accommodation for 2 nights Had to find alternative accommodation for evening which was a struggle with it being bank holiday. Left a day earlier which incurred extra travelling costs home and loss of ferry money .. 😢: Nothing poor communication and lack of consideration.
