Great stay for a Normandy...<br>#128578; Great location if you want to be in the middle of things. Nicolas is a great host and it helps that his shop is below. Port-en-Bessin is a lovely little fishing village and you have access to all you need.<br>#128577; If you don't like buzzing street life until midnight, you may have a problem. Not so for us.

Wonderful stay - I would...<br>#128578; The apartment was exceptional - beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We used it as a base to visit the D-Day landing beaches and the Bayeux Tapestry. The port itself has an interesting wartime history and a regular fish market. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars just a stones throw from the apartment. We were lucky enough to be staying over Bastille Day and there was a magnificent fireworks display to mark the celebration.<br>#128577; Nothing - it was perfect.

Perfect spot for a family...<br>#128578; Great apartment in an area close to all the restaurants and water. Everything was very accommodating for our family of 5. The host was fantastic! It fit all the boxes for us and my family… full kitchen, large bedrooms, comfortable beds, good internet, privacy, close to the town restaurants, and a beautiful breeze from the water.<br>#128577; I can only come up with two (because the apartment was truly accommodating!!!). The duvet on the beds was way too thick for summer weather and a lighter one would be better for those warm days. We had to sleep without covers due to the warmth. The stairs are very tight so if you have issues with going up them, this might not be for you especially if you are carrying large suitcases. It was fine for us!
