Excellent location and the view in the morning was perfect to sit by the window and watch the boats pass by. Communication with owner was perfect. Apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Location for the Normandy museums etc. was central. Highly recommend.

Geraldine is super helpful and easy to contact, it’s very clear that she wants you to enjoy your stay and has thought of everything you need. The location is superb for exploring the Normandy coast and Bayeux etc, Honfleur is about an hour away and definitely worth a visit. Arronmanche is about 15 minutes drive away and is such a pretty seaside town with an interesting history. Port en Bessin itself is a lively little harbour town with plenty of restaurants, cafes, boutiques and a supermarket. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Geraldine, it was so lovely to meet you.

We absolutely loved every single aspect of this VRBO. The location was right on the water, walkable to many local restaurants and shops, easy parking, short trip to Bayeux for the start of D-Day tours. Plus the apartment was immaculately clean, stocked with everything (shampoo, body wash, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, dishwasher, etc.) imaginable. The beds were very comfortable! The view was amazing! The owner was quick to respond and we enjoyed meeting her on her arrival. Truly the best place!! Very highly recommended!!

Wondeful! Beautiful apartment with a great view of the harbor. Perfect location to explore the D-day attractions. Exceptionally well appointed. Everything you need is provided for. The host is gracious and very helpful. Highly recommend!!!!

We took a chance based on the photos to stay here instead of Bayeux while visiting Normandy. It paid off. Geraldine is wonderful and explained all the nuances of the unit. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We had a ball and loved the little historic town. I would come back again and again.

Very clean and well equipped- has everything you need. Great central location for seeing Normandy D- Day beaches, Mont Saint Michelle, Bayeux, Caen, Honfleur and Cliffs of Etretat. Bernadette went out of her way to make sure you felt at home and gave us great restaurant suggestions. Only drawback was stairs to 2nd flloor are spiral and narrow so would take that into consideration If booking and have difficulty with stairs, especially with luggage.

Lovely flat in central Normandy. Easy to to get to all the sites. The place was very clean and well decorated. Your view is direct harbor/waterfront. Plenty of on street parking. We were able to walk to shops/groceries/restaurants in the port area. Our host checked us in and was available if needed. We had a lovely time here. I hate to even mention cons but there were a couple. There are 2 narrow set of stairs to get to the apartment. Was not an issue for us but could be for some. Also be warned there is no insulation between rooms and/or floors. I dontv think much can be done about this as it has to do with the walls. I could hear my daughter roll over in her bed at night. Also could hear upstairs waking at 5 am. Wasn't a huge issue cause the area is very quiet.
