😊: The location. The view.. 😢: It wasn’t clean, a bit messy. Could have ask more from the kitchen and the equipment..

😊: It was clean, nice sized rooms with an amazing view. 😢: The lift was a bit moody but it was ok.

😊: The apparent is in a great location, plenty of room for a family of four.. 😢: Our water was turned off by the building manager, and we were accused of making too much noise. We were told to apologise to have the water turned back on. We made no noise in our apartment. There was building work going on on the upper floor. This caused huge stress to both me and my family, we had arranged to meet up with friends that morning, and we were unable to brush our teeth, take a shower, or flush the toilet. When we met up with our friends, I was very distracted as I was trying to sort out the issue with the water. The whole episode ruined our first day and tainted the whole experience of our only family holiday. I had to go back to take a video to send to the host to prove we weren't making noise. It's totally unacceptable. The host should have come to the property to sort this out..

Die Lage entschädigte uns für...<br>#128578; Der Empfang und die Abreise waren super toll organisiert. Die Lage war wie beschrieben mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Sehr schön waren die Sonnenaufgänge. Die Küche ist mit genügenden Utensilien ausgestattet. Porzellan, Kochgeschirr und Besteck für mehrere Personen vorhanden. Nicht aus einer Serie, aber für einen Ferienaufenthalt vollkommend ausrechend. Durch den Aufzug auch für auch für gehbehinderte Personen gut zu erreichen. Alle Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bushaltestellen und...<br>#128577; Die Aufteilung ist dem Grundriß geschuldet. Das zweite Duschbad ist zu weit weg von den 2-ten Schlafzimmer Die Küche für 3 Personen zu klein, aber wer ist schon mit 3 Personen in der Küche am Kochen. Man sah der Wohnung an, dass diese öfters vermietet wird. ich vermute dass für die Flecken auf den Kissen der Sofas im Wohn- und Esszimmer, nicht der Vermieter verantwortlich ist, sondern die Gäste. Auch eine Urlaubswohnung sollte behandelt werden , wie die eigene Wohnung Zuhause
