😊: Space, clean, location.. 😢: No cooling facilities at all. We arrived during heatwave and they didn't even have ordinary fans. If you're planning to go in hot months, consider something else. The owner/manager had plenty of opportunity to make it right..

😊: We stayed a couple of days with our kids. The property was easy to access and close to a nice child friendly park with a playground. The city centre was nearby and accessible by foot. The apartment was clean and had all we needed. The kids were happy with it too.. 😢: Nothing special..

😊: Nice apartment with balcony located near the train station (1.3km), big supermarket next door We didnt cook in the apartment, we only used the kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Quiet area (apart from the first night). 😢: Listed as having 2 bathrooms but it is one shower and one toilet in two separate rooms. Noisy neighbours on the balcony talking and playing music until 5.45am on the first night They did warn us about the sofabed not being comfortable and they were right, our friend had to book a hotel for the last 2 nights Cleaning could be better, Microwave not cleaned and food bits in the sink.

😊: Communication with the host Philippe was easy and we could check in an hour earlier than planned. In general, the photos match the apartment and all neccessities were there. The location is good when it comes to public transport and grocery shopping. Tip: Try out the little Ethiopian restaurant "O Paradis Ethiopien" on the other side of the road and take a walk to the botanical garden!. 😢: When we arrived, the couch was broken so we couldn't use it as a seperate bed as we had planned. The road was surprisingly noisy at night so we had to close the windows, which made the small rooms stuffy pretty quickly. Cleanliness was okay on the surface but some harder to reach places such as drawers and under the kitchen stools could have been cleaner. Some more glasses and cups would be nice, especially if four people were staying. There is only one trash bin, which makes seperating the trash more difficult than it has to be. Lastly, a toilet roll holder on the wall would be nice..
