😊: Great apartment. The host was great to deal with and quick at responding. The kitchen as well equipped and the balcony was also great to hang togs up after going swimming in the lake. The walk into town was less then 10 minutes and the lake was at the end of the road. There was a portable air con which was great when it got hot at night. Everything was great and I would recommend staying here.. 😢: If you have glass you have to dispose of it in a bin down the road but the other rubbish gets taken down in the basement near the entrance of the carpark door..

😊: L'emplacement par rapport à la vielle ville et le lac très proche. La voiture dans le garage intérieur très appréciable aussi.. 😢: La porte de la douche devrait s'ouvrir de l'autre sens,( vers l'extérieur) ce serait beaucoup plus pratique..

Property exactly as listed walking distance to old town. Everything required for our stay was supplied. Lovely modern apartment. Would recommend and would definitely stay again

Property and location were good. Easy walk into town. Minor communication issue on arrival and departure time with property manager, not significant though. Would stay again.

We are very pleased, not to be traveling with our big car. In the garage, is some anarchy, where a lot of people park where they like. We are used to eat with cutlery. This was only limited available.

Accueil très sympathique. Appartement très agréable, emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville et Annecy. dommage qu’il soit situé proche d’une route très passante.
