😢: Struggled to get in , didnt know what apartment as there was no number on the keys , door pane broken by the lock , phoned concierge twice straight to answer machine🤬filthy exterior people hanging out of windows in apartment above , apartment wasn’t clean ,broken bed leg faulty toilet seat I could go on but I haven’t got all night . We never stayed there as we didn’t feel safe !!! and we would like a full refund.
