L’Oradou - Neuf - Tout équipé - Parking - Wifi

😊: This apartment was excellent, very clean excellent faculties and very good communication. Our parking was slightly difficult because we drove in a land rover with a top box making us over the height for most French underground parking. Highly recommendable. 😢: The is nothing to dislike.

😊: Spacious, modern and well equipped apartment - very clean, quiet and easy to access with key in lockbox - on 2nd floor. Just 25 minutes walk to centre of Clermont where there are lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. Area felt very safe and appreciated safe individual underground parking for car - although it is a bit narrow. Owner/manager very helpful and immediate answers to queries.. 😢: Not really a negative - but just to note that the street has alot of roadworks - workmen were very helpful and did not cause us any inconvenience..
