L36 Sea view terrace 10min walking to sea/Parking AC

😊: Amazing location, with very helpful staff. Comfortable parking, nice terrace. Whenever I am in Nice, I will come back..

😊: Nice terrace and sea view. Cozy place.. 😢: The bed sheets weren't changed, we found a lot of hairs from someone else before we even laid in there. Because of that we had to sleep in clothes for the first of our two nights in Nice. The second day we had to wash and dry the sheets so we could finally sleep comfortably. Overall the room needs general cleaning as the couch also doesn't smell fresh... I hope this review will make them improve but be careful when renting. Oh, one more thing, the parking is not guaranteed which is not clearly stated in the description but we were lucky to get the space before others..

😊: So good and amzing comfortable place.

😊: Perfect location. It take 7-10 minutes for walking to the beach and Promenade de Angles. The flat is clean and comfortable. It has huge terrasse. I will back my next vacation.. 😢: Towels were clean and fresh, but villi from the towel were remaining on the body. Towels were dark and villi were very visible, especially on face. I recommend change towels color or supplier..
