Lovely spacious property in centre...<br>#128578; BelleVue by name, Belle View by nature. Lovely spacious property with fantastic view out to the Cathedral. Bang in the centre of Bayeux, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and sights. The flat has it's own parking bay behind a locked gate. Bayeux is a great central hub to take day-trips by car to the Normandy landing sites, or to the beatiful Atlantic beaches of western Contentin. We liked PortBail sur Mer, and Saint-Sauveur-le-Vicomte offered a suprising historical distraction ...<br>#128577; Nothing to dislike. A warning though if you find stairs difficult. There are 30 steps up a stone spiral stairway to the property, and a further 15 inside to the kitchen-diner. The entrance to the parking is a very tight turn. Fine for standard cars, but beware if you have a particularly large car (or if you're not a confident driver/parker)

We loved the accommodation and...<br>#128578; Excellent location. Clean, stylish and very well equipped.<br>#128577; Minor points but the stairs need a handrail as it was quite dangerous for my daughter and elderly mother. Could also do with an additional arm chair in the living area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful...<br>#128578; Location was wonderful, within walking distance of the Main Street, Tapestry and Cathedral. Property was clean and comfortable and if I had wanted to cook the kitchen had everything I might have needed. Other reviews had mentioned an issue with hot water and no blow dryer but the showers were hot and there was a blow dryer in the bathroom.<br>#128577; Parking was available at the location but make sure you have a small car if you intend to park at the property. The entrance/exit is very narrow and can be challenging . The only improvement I would suggest would be to have more seating in the living room. There is only comfortable seating for 2.

Beautiful apartment, attentive and very...<br>#128578; WOW! What’s not to like? Ideally situated, just a short walk from shops, museums and tour pick-up points, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Secure, private parking. Stunning apartment with enchanting views out of every window. All creature comforts kindly provided by our hosts, down to small details like sugar cubes, more than enough laundry detergent, an umbrella and quilted toilet paper.<br>#128577; The fact that we couldn’t stay longer!
