😢: It would have been better if bed linen and towels are included in the initial price, instead of asking for extra after booking was made. All in all, it was a good accommodation..

😊: There was a heater whitch was an unexpected comfort but as I state below it is much more important to provide what can reasonably be expected than to provide what is not expected.. 😢: We were expected to pay extra for the bedding. This is misleading and gave those service providers an unfair advantage against their competitors since the impression was created during booking that the property is well priced. We realised later that we had to pay extra (between 10 and 13 Euros per person) for towels and bedlinen. Those amounts are not recorded, and no invoice or receipt is issued in relation thereto. It is required to be paid at the premises during the visit in cash. In my view no one can quarrel with the idea that someone using Booking.com has a legitimate expectation to be given at least a bed with sheets that has been made up on arrival. It must be ready for use without having to first pay hidden additional costs. In my view this is the case whether in some small print it is stated that additional fees are payable. As an experienced lawyer in my country of origin, I think such conduct can be interpreted as fraudulent and therefore criminal. In this instance we were required to made the beds ourselves. In our room the one certain was loose and did not close properly. There were a lot of "clutter" on the promises. Things that were standing around but was not there for our comfort or enjoyment..
