This seemed unbelievable to us on our arrival day, especially since we had come to France by plane without any sheets in our luggage. We had no other choice than paying the extra fee, but we cannot help but feel extremely displeased with the situation. Later, we found this information in the details of the accommodation on the booking site, which implies that there was contradictory information in the booking site. Overall, it seems outrageous to us that sheets were not included or clearly advertised as a warning to prevent such situations from occurring. Soon we will have to examine the details of the information very carefully to ensure that toilet paper is not an extra charge!.
