La Canebière - Appart 2 chambres avec terrasse

😊: Super awesome location - easy to walk to everything and nice to have a balcony.. 😢: The message response time was quite slow with concierge (and sometimes unhelpful) that I just stopped messaging her. NO WIFI, which was unbelievable... I had to work a bit while staying here and obviously made that difficult. The hot water heater turned off on us, so cold showers for 1.5 days and apparently we had to reset it manually, found out the next day. The beds were SUPER hard, the pillows were super flat and uncomfortable, no extra blankets/pillows - no one slept well. Only one towel per person for 5 days- not enough and no hand towels, no dish towel, missing kitchen supplies, and the bathroom water smelled a bit like sewage. The lobby, elevator, and hallways of the apt building were pretty dirty, and just FYI many people experiencing homelessness all around outside the lobby and sleeping next to the main door. Yes, it was cheaper than other places, but still don't think the cheaper price justifies the overall stay..

😊: Location. 😢: Not very clean, smelly towels, person that should have come to give us the key was late, the building very dirty, no internet, no detergent for the washing machine or dish cleaning solution.

Ballon d’eau Water system Broken! We did not check in and left after waiting hours from The Manager Julie who never reach out the concierge that day nor us until the day after 11.PM mentioned there was no Plumber???? The second biggest city of France Marseille had no plumber disponible at 5.40PM ????She Julie never called us back that day nor apologized that day !9 days later still not refunded for a appartement we never used .

😊: Spacious apartment, near main attractions in Marseille. Very clean and it has the main things you need, such cooking stuff, coffee machine, fans etc Amazing views!. 😢: The area is very busy and noisy, even at night. It gets a bit hot in the apartment..

Sehr gut<br>#128578; Prinzipiell eine gut ausgestattete und schöne Wohnung. Relativ neue Möbel und Geräte sowie bequeme Betten.<br>#128577; Allerdings sehr laut durch die Lage (u.a. Feuerwehr und Polizei in direkter Nachbarschaft). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und dadurch war es zu unserer Reisezeit im Hochsommer unerträglich heiß.
