😊: Spacious, well-equipped, nice courtyard, very quiet during sleeping hours, very polite and helpful host, central location.. 😢: At first sight the frontage was a little run-down but Cyril and the neighbourhood was actually so very friendly and you felt welcomed into the local life..

😢: The appartment is located in a terrible district of Marseilles, we were scared to even get out of the car on the street front of the house. The appartment is in the basement of an old building. It is nicely renovated and more or less clean, but our kids did not have anything arranged for sleeping. I could hardly gather bed linnen for them to use it on the couch. Our pillow smelled bad and we could not have a nice rest there. Even in the morning the area was really horrifying and our key did not work at the entrance door of the buliding, we were happy we managed to get away from there..

😊: Great apartment in a very central location, right near the train station. Very clean, all new appliances, great beds and bathroom. Has airconditioning in the living room that is a bit noisy but very effective. Little yard to sit out in the front. 😢: The city is a bit scary in that area i think. The bathroom can't be locked..
