😊: Very good air conditioning, beds were comfy and the water was hot when needed. The interior was nicely decorated, nothing felt old.. 😢: The overall cleanliness, both inside and outside. The pool had to be closed for 3 days because it had to be treated with chlorine and other chemicals..

😢: We stayed for three nights as a group of six and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. While the photos on the listing look lovely and modern, the condition of the villa on arrival did not reflect them. Upon arrival, we found a dead mouse and litter in the swimming pool, which I reported immediately. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked this villa, but despite reporting the issue straight away and following up several times, it remained unusable for our entire stay. There were also ants throughout the first floor, extremely dirty floors to the point where the bottoms of our feet were black after walking around the villa, and dirty towels on arrival which we could not use. The television could not be used due to a faulty remote control. The entrance gate was propped open with rocks and would not close properly. There were no blinds in the ground-floor bathroom, meaning it could be seen into from outside. The outdoor bins were already completely full, including used nitrous oxide canisters left by previous guests, which was an unpleasant first impression and despite guests being expected to sort and dispose of their rubbish. In addition, the villa was poorly equipped for the number of guests staying. Communication was slow throughout our stay, and several of the issues were never resolved before we checked out. Although I was later told the pool had been cleaned on our last night, when we checked, it remained dirty and in a condition we did not feel was suitable to use. We raised our concerns during our stay to give the property the opportunity to address them, but unfortunately the experience fell well below what we expected based on the listing. I unfortunately would not recommend booking this villa..
