Exceptional<br>#128578; The appartment was really cozy and clean and the location was great. It was easy to arrive from the train station to the appartment by tram and it is 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach. There are some nice restaurants and coffee places nearby. The toilet is a bit small in the appartment but that didn't bother us at all. We got really clear instructions to enter the appartment. I would stay there again in Nice and highly recommend if you are looking for place to stay 2-3 people.
