La Loge du 12

😊: Location. 😢: The lack of an air conditioner NO lights in any of the stairwells.

😊: Great location. Lovely apartment situated amongst restaurants, very convenient. Life is right outside the first entrance door but you’d never know it in this amazingly quiet apartment. There are 99 steps … the owner ensures you know this … but they’re up a lovely old open stairway with landings to take a break on. Very picturesque, very French. Worth it alone for the views across the rooftops. Owner was very friendly and helpful..

😊: Fabulous location, central and lots of excellent shopping, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area and near attractions. Comfortable beds and property well thought out. Beautiful apartment and enjoyed the rooftop views. Impressive staircase to apartment (lots of stairs which won’t be for everyone, but host advised this upfront from outset). Host very helpful prior to stay and provided helpful information on Bordeaux in a guide. 😢: Can be an occasional drain smell if hot weather. Even better if- would suggest a safe to store passport and valuables.

Stunning place!
#128578; Stunning, well-equipped clean apartment in perfect location!
#128577; They requested a €300 deposit in cash which is a bit annoying as we couldn't find ATMs anywhere nearby.

Exceptional
#128578; Very central location, brilliant facilities, washing machine, dishwasher, fans.Very comfortable beds, excellent shower. Terrific views. Very quiet safe area to stay. Staff were very helpful pleasant.
#128577; The only issue is unfortunately there are alot of steps up to the apartment totally unsuitable for individuals with disabilities or very elderly

Wonderful property in amazing location...
#128578; The location is perfect and so quiet for such a central location. I think in the summer it would probably get very hot in the flat, but for Spring it was perfect!
#128577; The lack of ventilation in the toilet
