😊: The location, cleanliness, the roomy kitchen and living room area, well equipped, private parking, downstairs shower room. Comfortable beds and good quality bed. 😢: Other reviews have already mentioned, road noise, and squeaky stairs. As we were sharing with friends a lock on the bathroom door would have been useful. Level of water in macerator toilet bowl was very high prior to use which was a little disturbing, so as to avoid any problems we all used the downstairs toilet. As we stayed during the heatwave, air conditioning would have been welcome, but we were aware that we booked a property without it, and the fans in the bedrooms together with frozen bottles of water went someway to mitigating the heat..

😊: The host (Celine) was there to greet us on our arrival and show us around the property. The location is superb, at the foot of the Cite with Aude and Narbonne gates readily accessible depending on which hill you want to climb. Rue Trivalle and the Bastide easily available, with fewer inclines, with restaurants and bars galore and to suit all tastes and pockets. This traditional city centre Gite has a well equipped kitchen and lounge with internet and TV (most streaming apps available - bring your own password). Three good bedrooms and well equipped bathroom upstairs with a separate shower (fantastic) and toilet downstairs. The garage is great for storing your bikes (if you bring/hire them) and suitable parking for one car. Pets are also allowed and the park opposite is easily accessible for walks and bike rides..

😊: The shower downstairs was great. Having parking available. Great location can walk up to the walled city and have tea. The beds were very comfortable.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Fantastic location between old town and the citadel. 3 spacious bedrooms. The property was very well equipped and appointed. A lovely street was close by for food and drinks. Overall a great stay.

😊: Beautiful and very spacious accommodation in a central location. Very quiet area within easy walking distance of all attractions, bars, and restaurants. Would recommend.. 😢: Nothing.
