😊: The esterel holiday park was amazing. We will definetely go back there another time (not to an apartment from this host though). Cap Esterel is a beautiful holiday village with lots of facilities and it wasn’t very crowded even though we were there during the high season! Beautiful surroundings and lots of nice places to visit nearby!. 😢: The apartment was not clean. There was a lot of dust and it looked like it wasn’t properly cleaned. Also dirty dishes in the cabinets (forks, knives etc and a pan with thick layer of grease in it, which was really disgusting) The dishwasher gave an error code and the host proposed to send someone if a reset wouldn’t work (nice) but because we were only there for a week (and weren’t planning on cooking often) we decided to just do the dishes by hand. The dishwasher also smelled very bad so I wasn't keen on using it anyway. There were (only) 4 (old) towles of which one had bloodstains! on it and another one rust stains. They smelled fresh and were clean but in my opinion bloodstains on towels are 100% unacceptable and the host should definetely have replaced them. The day before we left there was a lot of water coming from under the kitchen (when we were doing the dishes) so there was something wrong with the drain (which probably also caused the dishwasher error). I have sent an email to the host to give her this feedback and she replied that it might have been not that clean because it’s such a busy period which to me is a ridiculous and very unprofessional answer...
