😊: The accomodation is well situated within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants. There is also a nearby supermarket. We were able to park the hire car on the road outside. The decor is modern, wi-fi excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are large and comfortable.The owner is easily accessible.by message and responds quickly... 😢: We are both in our late seventies. Because we both have to get up several times in the night we book a 2 bed room property to allow both of us to have decent sleep. On arrival it appeared there was only one bed room and a sofa bed. My partner slept on the sofa bed for the first few nights but it wasn't very comfortable and he was getting back trouble which was affecting our holiday. I contacted booking.com who advised me to contact the owner. He advised me that there was a key box by the door in the outside area and he gave me the code for the box. This opened a locked door in the kitchen giving access to another bed room and bath room. We should have asked for this on arrival but this was not mentioned in the booking. I must point out however that although there are 2 bathrooms neither of them has a toilet, there is only one toilet for the whole property and this is on the ground floor, which means going downstairs to use the toilet in the night. This is probably fine for young people but not for an elderly couple like ourselves..

Super !<br>#128578; Jolie petite maison de ville décorée avec style, proche du centre ville et d'une boulangerie. Le logement a été renové avec goût, la salle de bain du bas avec baignoire est tres belle. Le stationnement est gratuit. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et tres lumineuse (manque un lave vaisselle pour etre 100% en vacances). Le salon est agréable même s'il manque un peu de lumière. Les deux chambres (situées a l'étage et accessibles chacune avec un escalier différent) sont grandes, l'une ...<br>#128577; Le quartier peut manquer de charme pour certains.

Week-end à Cognac<br>#128578; Le logement était bien situé dans le centre de la ville. Il était spacieux, confortable et calme. L'hôte a été très réactif par message pour la récupération d'une chambre en autonomie.<br>#128577; Les plaques de cuisson n'étaient pas adaptées pour tout : puissance faible pour faire des crêpes. Nous avons quand même fait des pâtes carbo sans difficulté.
