Perfect location in a historic...<br>#128578; The house is spacious and well laid out. The gardens and outside space secure for my dog. You couldn't get closer to the beach. Within a very short walk there are several restaurants, butchers, bakers and a small corner shop. Dinard market and centre is around 3/4 of a mile away. An easy walk if you are able to do so. So the second bathroom wasn't needed, however if you are traveling with a larger group of adults the second bathroom is only accessible from the outside across the court yard. It would be recommended to take bathrobes or other suitable attire to use this facility. A well appointed and equipped...<br>#128578; The house is spacious and has every amenity. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the appliances were excellent. The garden offers outdoor dining in a shady area which was delightful for alfresco lunches or dinner. Beds are very comfortable and bed linen and duvets excellent. An electronically operated gate and secure fences makes the outside area feel safe for children. The outside shower is also a very helpful feature. Together they make for a perfect holiday destination. The combination of warm sunny weather and the facilities of La Pinede left nothing to dislike.

Lovely house with sea views<br>#128578; We loved our stay at La Pinede. The location is great with the beach on your doorstep and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house had everything we needed and was very well equipped. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful seaside cottage!<br>#128578; Very special historic home with ocean views in every room, luxury beds and bedding, fully stocked kitchen and steps to ocean trails and town. The owner and local caretakers are first class with anything you may need. We hope to return and stay again.

Großartig erholsam<br>#128578; Das Haus ist genau so schön, wie auf den Fotos. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Bettdecken sehr angenehm. Aus jedem Zimmer kann man das Meer sehen, was herrlich entspannt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Dass man sogar am Herd stehen und dabei auf das Meer blicken kann, ist wundervoll. Das Auto kann bis vor die Haustür fahren, es gibt ein hohes elektrisches Tor, sodass das Auto geschützt ist. Der Vermieter, Nicolas, war immer bei Fragen erreichbar und hat sich sehr...<br>#128577; Etwas schade war, dass die Badewannen - Dusche im Erdgeschoss nicht richtig abdichtet, weshalb immer etwas Wasser auf den Boden läuft, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit.

Le coucher de soleil que l'on attend avec impatience assis sur le perron de la maison comme sur le site. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal car à la fois proche des commerces et de la plage ! Les lits sont confortables, la maison fonctionnel. tout est de plein pied; ce qui était parfait pour nous ! Bravo
