La Rotonde - Vue mer, jardin, clim et parking

😊: I liked the mimosa tree in the garden. I liked that there is a table in the front to be able to sit outside. The garden is long and there is a city view. In the summer moths this could be an enjoyable place. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed.. 😢: Overall, the price is too high for the quality. Especially in the winter months, they should lower the price because I can imagine in the summer, the situation would be different. The first thing which I didn't like was the communication from the rental agency. They contacted me two days before to ask the specific arrival time. Then a second person contacted me in the day of the arrival that I hadn't paid the deposit and I had to contact urgently to yet a third person. Then I received a link from the 3rd person where I had to pay service costs (of 8 EUR which you don't get back) and pay a deposit of 500 EUR (which is written in the fine prints of booking). When I arrived to the place the first thing I realized was the mildew smell, which is probably coming from the water heater area at the back. The house is small for 4 people. The house is prefabricated, so the walls, rooms are like a camping house style. The closets are self made, with no attention to detail. The toilet and bathroom has no windows. The view is facing the city/mountain, and the sea view is only at the end of the garden if you stand by the stones. Just saying in case someone wants the sea view..
