😊: Good location, simple check in. 😢: This room was not suitable for more than two people. There was only one proper bed, and the shower was in the same space as the sleeping area. The couch was very uncomfortable and appeared to have stains that seemed... inappropriate..

😊: Location was central Shower was of a good size and had hot water. 😢: Location was good in terms of walking to the old town and museums etc however the property is very close to the road which appears to be a main road for busses. For the person sleeping in the living room it’s quite noisy. The property condition was ok. The quality of furnishing were flimsy and lacking core facilities i.e an ironing board, iron and wardrobe etc. There are no facilities for the person staying in the living room to store their belongings. The toilet is separate to the shower (which is in the main bedroom) and both the doors are very noisy and flimsy. I note the noise because the property owners send quite a long message (before arrival) advocating all residents to be very quiet. This made us very uneasy and conscious of making any noise. I did not appreciate this type of message. The stairs leading up to the property are equally if not even more noisy. There are 7 apartments to this property and impossible for any residents not to make noise due to the echo and reverberating nature of the property. This adds to the noise experienced at night for those staying in all master bedrooms. The owner of the property was communicative at times however persisted to communicate in French which was difficult at times. At 21.30pm (03/04/24) the passcode facility to get into the property didn’t work and ourselves and 5 other residents could not get in touch with the property owner as they did not answer texts or phone calls nor could all 7 of the residents get into the property for close to two hours. Both ourselves and the other residents found this unacceptable and really poor. All in all I would not stay in this property again unfortunately..

😊: Location very central and good. Bakery just in front on house. Free public parking facilities rather close. Modern and new equipment. Beautiful house. Kitchen well equipped.. 😢: It seem's that the equipment of the apartment is not 100% finished as there is no wardrobe, there are no hooks to suspend clothes, coats, towels etc. The automatic light in the hallway reacts when you move in the bed of the sleeping room. A light protecting curtain would help..
