😊: It was clean and well equipped, washing machine was great. The staff at the agency where you pick up the key were lovely and really, really helpful.. 😢: The stairs were very steep & dangerous. Whilst there was a picture of them they should be flagged in the text. The furniture and fittings felt a bit rickety and cheap. I did not like being charged such a large deposit as I felt that things might fall apart in usual use. It was incredibly hot with only one window. I had to leave the front door open to try to get a breeze going. The fan provided was incredibly loud. It is perfectly possibly to buy silent ones suitable for bedrooms. Fire alarm was non operational..

😊: Lovely little apartment, perfect for one or two people. Very good value for money and the desk area is a bonus. 😢: The key pick up is about a 10 minute walk away. At the end of your stay you also need to return the key, collect the laundry and remove the rubbish (I thought it was a bit much to ask).

😊: Location. 😢: I think they should clean the carpet at the loft, bedroom. It stinks.

😊: Location. 😢: Keys are available 15mn walk from flat, only told 1 hour before. Very steep and dangerous staircase to the bedroom. Not at all fit for mildly disabled customers..
