La-Villanelle - Magnifique vue sur le lac, 5 minutes à pied de la plage

Fantastic Holiday Accommodation<br>#128578; The location (a 5 minute walk to the lakeside) was perfect. Shops to get provisions also on the doorstep. Sam was very helpful with guiding us there. The free bus from Annecy to Talloires was so convenient- we used it almost daily. The house had everything we needed. Beautiful views over the lake. Great location to reach bike parks. Les Gets about 1hr 30 and La Clusaz 40mins. Both have a great selection of mountain bike runs. Would highly recommend this spot. We will come again.<br>#128577; Not all that easy to find (but Sam on hand to guide us in!) Parking would have been difficult if we hadn't paid for the parking space for our 1 car and got lucky finding a free underground car park space for the other (which we then didn't move!) It was a shame that bbqs were not allowed while we were there (?due to the hot weather and fire hazard). Could do with a little more outdoor space but appreciate that Annecy is built like that.

We loved staying at La...<br>#128578; The location was perfect; bakery, Tabac and grocery store right across the road, lots of nice restaurants close by, amazing beach where the kids played all day, boat and bike rentals close by, sailing school for kids, bus is free in July and Aug so convenient to go into Annecy or neighbouring towns. House was very well equipped for families and nicely updated. Welcome binder gave a great orientation to the area. Owner was very responsive and informative.<br>#128577; Nothing

Séjour très agréable entre amis...<br>#128578; Jolie maison avec vue magnifique sur le lac d’Annecy. Emplacement idéal avec commerces et activités à proximité. Maison propre confortable, et propriétaires arrangeants et agréables.

Superbe maison ! Hôtes très...<br>#128578; La maison est magnifique. à la fois ancienne et bien refaite, très confortable. La vue est incroyable. Les chambres du sous sol idéales pour les familles nombreuses ou les groupes d'amis. Le couple des propriétaires sont tout à fait charmants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Ils sont réactifs et à l'écoute. Le four est tombé en panne juste avant Noel, ils sont venus le remplacer le jour même, c'était un geste très appréciable. Je recommande chaleureusement cette maison.<br>#128577; Le seul point négatif, qui est très minime, est que la maison est sur 3 étages. On fait donc beaucoup de sport : )
