LAC D'ANNECY- Veyrier du Lac - Appartement en rez-de-jardin dans un chalet

The apartment is situated under the owner's home, with access to a spacious and pleasant garden. The views of the mountain behind are amazing. Very convenient to Annecy and the villages on the eastern side of the lake. Our host was very nice and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the apartment clean. There is room for improvement - small and medium sized saucepans are needed for the small induction hob, and it would have been nice to find a few kitchen basic essentials like salt, pepper, oil left in the cupboard, or coffee filters for the coffee machine, or more than one tea towel. But on the whole, we had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment.

Tolle unkomplizierte Vermieterin die sehr kinderfreundlich ist und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Vor allem die Terasse ist mega. Die traumhafte Gegend ergänzt das Ganze zu einem wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Toute l’ambiance, le confort pour profiter de cette région que nous ne connaissions pas. La plage de la brune est à 10 minutes à pieds, Annecy à 10 minutes en voiture et il y a tant à visiter à proximité ou en prenant l’autoroute pour le Lac Léman par exemple. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Annecy est magnifique mais veyrier sur lac on aurait pas pu tomber mieux. Bon emplacement possibilité de faire pas mal de chose à pied. Toute ma petite famille étaient ravie et nous comptons renouveler l expérience et pour cela nous feront appel à vous car le logement est très agréable !!!

Un petit havre de paix à 5 min d'Annecy, avec tout le confort et l'équipement tant à l'intérieur qu'à extérieur : salon de jardin orienté ouest (superbe coucher de soleil). Proche de petits commerces, tout peut se faire pied. Petite plage à 10 min avec activités nautiques sur le Lac (pédalo, paddle ...) Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Les propriétaires ont été très aidants et à notre écoute. Bravo !!

Super logement bon emplacement, j’aurais bien aimé qu’on me propose la chambre supplémentaire qui est sur les photos mais dispo uniquement sur demande. Du coup avec juste une chambre ce n’était pas super confort avec nos 2 enfants. Logement tres bien situé proche du lac et des commerces à pieds !

We (family of 4) have enjoyed our stay. Kind reception by the hostess Chantal. Plenty of room for 4 persons. Enough beds. Two showers. Spacy living/kitchen. All housing equipment present, clean and working. Direct entry into the garden for nice breakfast outside. Bakery, local supermarket, and lake side lido all within a 5 min walk. Positive recommendation! Tip1: take the 5min walk and grab a coffee + croissant at the bakery to start your day with a smile. Tip2: on a nice evening with good weather enjoy an easy dinner with simple but good food at the local beach restaurant terras outside. Tip3: on a day with clear sky take the 1 hour drive to Chamonix to go to the top of the Aiguille du Midi (3800+ meters) for a breathtaking view over Mont Blanc and the Swiss 4000+ mountains. You may want to order online tickets and avoid waiting lines.

We had a lovely time staying in Chantal's chalet. All of our needs were met and the hosts were incredibly accommodating. We felt very welcome and were able to come and go as we pleased. The chalet was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from the lake where we were able to sit on the beach and swim in the lake. The lake and the surrounding scenery is stunning, a perfect location for a holiday. The town of Annecy is easy to reach by car and we were also able to walk up into the mountains behind the chalet. We would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of staying close to the lake. We would definitely return again.
