Lacustria - Luxury loft in Annecy

😊: Well located, well equipped, clean, modern, air conditioned, spacious.. 😢: Some blind fittings a little faulty, poor lighting in some areas, some flickering bulbs..

😊: Great central location, clean apartment, aircon unit provided which was a godsend as it was very warm albeit we had to set the unit up. 😢: Dark & dingy entranceway, lots of stairs up to the apartment hard to navigate with suitcases, tv didn’t work, aircon provided but not set up.

😊: The location could not have been any better, we were chuffed! It was very spacious and homely and absolutely stunning, we would definitely come back to this property! I have already recommended it to so many people and the price point was competitive for the area and quality. Host was super helpful with any information needed. Shower room was beautiful. I liked how many electrical sockets there were as in some places they can be quite rare!. 😢: It was a tad hot (although the temperature was very hot whilst we were there so not much you could do about that) However the Bedroom stayed a good temperature with the fan so no problem sleeping. Although there was a good AC unit in the living area unless you were directly infront of it it wasn’t massively helpful, I’d consider buying another fan for that area for the airflow. I did think toiletries would be included (shampoo and shower wash) but they weren’t but that may be me misunderstanding) This apartment appeared dog friendly with the lovely dog bed however there was a few hairs on the rug but we didn’t mind as we’re dog people anyways but a quick fix with another run over with the hoover would help otherwise everything was very clean 5* quality. We wish we were there for longer just to appreciate the apartment more!.

😊: We had a fantastic stay at Au cœur de la vieille ville and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Annecy’s beautiful Old Town, with restaurants, cafés, shops and the lake all just a short walk away. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the bed was extremely comfortable, and despite being so central, the apartment was peaceful and made for a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated the air conditioning, which was a real bonus during the warmer weather. Check-in was straight forward, communication with the host was excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable apartment in the best possible location to explore Annecy, this is an excellent choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful town.. 😢: Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations..

😊: The apartment was fully equipped for a family and pets with a great deal of thought. I loved the shower and the overall arrangement of the bathroom except for the mirror (I'm 5ft 10ins and I could only see up to my chest.) The location could not have been better and being a corner unit with two aspects was nice. The ceiling with the enormous wooden exposed beams. The size of the apartment. Separate toilet and bathroom. The overall thought that had gone into what was needed.. 😢: Some of the lights not working. Some of the blinds not working. The wardrobe doors sticking on the wooden floor so the doors did not fully open. The hanging light that I kept walking into..
