LAMAZONICO - Proche Centre - Terrasse Clim Plage

😊: Location was good as its right across the street from the beach with private beach access also. About 10mins to walk to the start of the old town. Lovely walk as they have upgraded the whole promenade. The apartment was clean with all the cutlery & plates you might need to cook.. 😢: Keys are kept near the Menton train station so you can't go straight to the apartment as you have to collect them. There is no person to person hand over of keys, they are kept in a box in a wall, you'll be given the address when you're near the date and only after you put down a deposit of €500 which is returned 1wk after you leave so factor that amount into your holiday budget. Small studio apartment only fit for 2 people. One of the top reasons we booked this apartment was because it said it had a washing machine, as we were staying for 12 nights we needed one for towels etc. THERE IS NO WASHING MACHINE. We were told it had been removed. Just not acceptable. Half the wardrobe is not accessible. We couldn't hang our clothes up and we were there for 12nights. We were informed it is for the private use of the owner. The wardrobe is in the bathroom which made it difficult to get your clothes with 2 people getting ready to go out for the night. Just to let you know also that the pool you can see in the photos from the balcony is not a pool, it's just a water feature. Note: if you are looking to spend the day on the private beach the cheapest we found was €70 for 2 people with an umbrella. We stayed last wk in Aug, 1st wk in Sept 2025..
