Large apartment with air conditioning, terrace and parking

😊: Very well equipped. Large corner apartment with good size terrace & nice planting.. 😢: Main bed toilet was through the living room & kitchen area ie not part of the en-suite. Second & third beds weren’t air conditioned although the fans were quite effective. A short tram journey to town centre..

😊: The apartment was lovely. It was very comfortable, large and had everything we needed for a great stay. Pascal looked after us very well, was quick to respond to messages and extremely helpful. We will have no hesitation to recommend the apartment to our friends and stay again.. 😢: There was nothing we didn’t like..

😊: The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, conveniently located within walking distance of the old town, near the University of Montpellier, Jardin des Plantes and the Marché aux Arceaux. Truly one of the nicest stays we have had in a long time in every way. The owner was very communicative and helpful; met us with keys and gave us an orientation to the apartment, along with a bag of croissants, baguette and a bottle of Pic Saint-Loup wine. The apartment is immaculate, open and airy, including a spacious porch with rooftop views of the city and surrounds. It is well-equipped for cooking: plenty of crockery and cutlery. Even the knives are sharp--which is unusual in our experience of rentals.. 😢: Nothing. A+.

😊: Pascal is a truly amazing and warm host! We felt so welcomed from the very beginning. His apartment is absolutely beautiful — newly renovated, spacious, and equipped with everything you might need: a washing machine, clothes dryer, three comfortable bedrooms, parking spot, two toilets, and a large terrace that’s perfect for relaxing. It really felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much, Pascal, for your kindness and hospitality — we couldn’t have wished for a better stay!.
