Large Charming House with Swimming Pool

Villa was amazing better than the photos. We would recommend more photos to show it off. No hot tub which we knew but shouldn’t say. Would be nice for a bbq pack for when you arrive.

Fabulous house. Air conditioning a god send. Would be difficult without. Pool fine but a little small and shallow for serious swimming.

This holiday-home delivered perfect on everything. Helpfull, available and good communication with the houseowner and the house-keeping manager Fanny. We arrived late due to delayed flight but Fanny was happy to meet us even at midnight. Spacious house, garden and pool for 2 families with 7 children / teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped. Clean house when we arrived and nicely made beds with plenty of good quality clean towels. The pool-areal was amazing, as well as the garden. Cotignac village center is a delightfull 5 minute walk from the house. This was the perfect holiday for us.

We stayed here for 9 nights with extended family in July. The house is large with air conditioning in all bedrooms (a must in summer), it has a beautiful pool and easy to access town with a 10 min walk. There is no microwave or television which made for some changes to our holiday lifestyle, in a positive way. The mosquitoes will eat you alive, definitely bring repellents with you and use them every day! No one will regret booking this property.
