😊: Location. 😢: The sofa bed! The most uncomfortable bed and pillows. Gave us bad back pain. Extra €300 blocked to share the key password which never seen in any other place!.

😢: The hotel was truly excellent – very clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also great, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. However, we were very surprised by the €300 deposit that was required upon arrival. This information was not clearly mentioned on the Booking website, so we were not aware of it in advance. The amount is quite high, and since it was unexpected, it made us feel confused and even worried at first, as we were unsure whether everything was legitimate. I would kindly suggest that the hotel clearly states the deposit amount in the booking information to avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary stress for future guests..

😊: Excellent location. Well equipped property and everything worked!. 😢: Some clothes hooks and a small shelf in the shower would be useful. More exact instructions are required for disposing the garbage. The bins are quite hidden in the basement..
