Lage gut, Gastgeber schlecht<br>#128578; Die Lage des Studios ist gut. Mitten im Zentrum von Paris im 1. Arrondissement aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es war sauber. Dusche und Toilette getrennt. Küche mit Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank und Spühlmaschiene etc. Klimaanlage. Im Eingangsberreich riecht es gut. Viele gute Kaffees, Bistros und Restaurants in der Nähe.<br>#128577; Im Untergeschoss wo sich das Schlafzimmer befindet, richt es nach modrigem Keller. Wir haben dort auch Silberfische entdeckt. Ausser Handseife, Handtücher und drei Rollen Toilettenpapier, wird einem hier nichts zur Verfügung gestellt (kleine Duschgels und Shampoo). Bei mehr als €130 die Nacht ein Service den man erwarten darf. Kaum betritt man das Studio hat man direkt viel schlechteren Mobilfunk. Im Schlafzimmer ist dieser komplett tot. Daher ist man angewiesen auf w-lan, welches jedoch nicht ...

Good location and clean, but...<br>#128578; The entry process was very easy and the apartment was clean. It was in a nice location as well<br>#128577; We had a few complaints about the property. First, the sliding shower door was not on properly and it made it difficult for us to both open and close the door during our stay. We also had an instance where the hot water ran out rather quickly (15 minutes total of showering with warm-hot water) Next, the washer had power but we were not able to work the machine. We communicated with the property owners and tried to have them be able to walk us through as well as watching online videos and reading...

Great location<br>#128578; The location of this apartment is fantastic, the shower was great, and the fact that there is a washer/dryer was very helpful for us. The internet worked well and our host was very kind and helpful.<br>#128577; The pictures in the listing of the upstairs didn't really match what was there...there was a small twin bed fold out, not a double one like the picture shows, and no nice table and chairs like it shows either... There was a tiny fold up table, but we didn't see anything but a high chair to go with it. Luckily we didn't need to use it as we just used this place to sleep, but if we were more than three (2 adults and one child) it would have been very tight.

Location decent but bad stay...<br>#128578; Good location.<br>#128577; Expensive, person of contact not helpful. Place is right on the road and bedroom very claustrophobic. Would not stay here again.
