😊: - The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, easy to access by bus and 2 tram lines. 30 min walk from old city center. - Comfortable kitchen with free coffee pods and mint tea provided by host. - Strong wifi.. 😢: - The keys were left in a lockbox that was wide open (for anyone to get the keys). - The apartment was not ready for check-in at 14:00. When we reached the room, the cleaning staff was still inside. - Many of the furniture/walls needs to be restored - they have holes or they are broken (see pictures). - The bedsheets were full of wrinkles (not ironed) - There are 3 bedrooms. It is impossible to sleep in the 3rd bedroom, since there is a boiler hidden by a curtain which makes running-water sounds all day long. Moreover, the heater in the 2nd bedroom did not work. - The tv had no signal/internet access, although we followed the instructions on the wall. - There are 2 bathrooms (with no toilet inside - only showers) and 1 WC. When we opened the water tap, the water overflew from the sink/showers..
