😊: The apartment was very spacious,well equipped and for easy walking into the heart of Rouen. 😢: No welcome pack of information about the flat, appliances and Rouen. Unable to operate the TV controls, no info about the bins and recyling. No fire safety measures at all! No fire door between the bedrooms and the kitchen/living room,no diagram showing the exits in the event of fire,no fire extingisher, no fire blanket. No number on the front door.The shelving in the smaller bedroom is an exit hazard in the the event of smoke penetration. The door to the middle bedroom doesn't close.The living room clock didn't work..new batteries? Proper pillows please and at least a hand towel to go with the. bath towel.For two persons the living space seating was fine but wholly inadequate for a group of six.Do not relet until full fire safety procedures are in place.

😊: L'emplacement était top, les volumes de l'appartement étaient corrects. 😢: Il y avait deux clés avec le logement, mais une seule fonctionnait. La télécommande de la box ne fonctionnait pas. Le deuxième toilette n'avait pas de chasse d'eau. Certains radiateurs étaient sur 26° et non réglable, donc trop chaud ou trop froid et celui du fond ne fonctionnait pas. Les portes de placard de la cuisine avaient les charnières fatiguées, voir foutues. Et dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de stationnement non payant..

😊: Appartement propre et bien équipé.. 😢: Vraiment très compliqué pour garer la voiture.

The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures, it is light, well located, well decorated. There are some small repairs that need to be done in the kitchen cabinet (I found a litle bit dangerous to open the plates drawer, it can all fall if you are not carefull) and in one of the toilets, the shower was broken. But all in all, the apartment is very nice and cosy to stay.

Appartement spacieux, idéal dans le cadre d’un voyage d’affaires.<br>#128577; Moyennement propre, présence de blattes. Manque d’ustensiles dans la cuisine et pas de produits ménagers, chiffons pour faire soi-même le ménage (compliqué lors d’un séjour long de 3 semaines. Pas de penderie dans les chambres.

Apartamento amplio y bien situado...<br>#128578; La ubicación es magnífica. Está en el centro y con un parking muy cerca, (el parking tiene precios especiales para estancias de 1 semana). Es muy amplio, tiene 3 habitaciones, 2 baños y un salón-cocina grande. Las camas son muy cómodas. La empresa responde rápido, por ejemplo, solicitamos unas sábanas porque hacía calor para el edredón y nos las trajeron al día siguiente.<br>#128577; Las habitaciones no tienen casi muebles. Por ejemplo el cabecero de la cama no existe. harían falta alguna mesita de noche con una lamparita para tener luz. Solo había 1 armario donde poder colgar ropa. Alguna toalla más no vendría mal, solo había 1 por persona (toalla de baño) no había toalla de manos.
